I am the owner of fantastic charming holiday 2 bedroom apartment in Barcelona centre. My apartment is located right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, in 5 seconds walking to La Rambla and other central attractions like the Cathedral, Placa Catalonia, Placa Reial, Museum de Picasso etc...Metro stations (green line): Liceu and Drassanes. My apartment is 70 sq.m., fresh and good renovated and furnished, PVC windows in each room, parquet floors, there are 7 sleeping places: 2 bedrooms with double beds + extra single bed + dining-room with a double sofa-bed + kitchen + bathroom/WC.

I rent ONLY MY WHOLE/ENTIRE APARTMENT minimum for a group of 4 persons (friends, family etc...).

Price is 25 Euros/per night/per person.

Price includes all: clean towels&bed linen / plates&dishes / coffee&sugar&salt&pepper and cleaning after your departure.
